My name is Lisa and I have created Southern Beaus and Belles Bath Company during the summer of 2022.  I have been an elementary school teacher since 2003 but needed something else to stimulate my creative side.  Soap and bath products are a favorite and a must have for me.  The idea started when my oldest son was in a horrific side by side accident.  He was in the hospital for almost a month and had to endure months of therapy to recover.  I found myself thinking about other things while he was receiving therapy and my mind wandered to soap.  How does it work, how do you make it, what is the process???  I went home and looked on the labels of my shampoo, and bottled body soap.  I was appalled at the extensive list of ingredients that companies pour into their products.  What is truly necessary to make a quality bar of soap? I wanted to learn all that I could about soap and bath products.  I wanted to stick to the basics and make sure that my family, friends, and customers have a quality product without so many additives.  My research led me to include very simple and local ingredients provided by farms around Haywood, Madison, and Buncombe Counties.  I wanted my customers to have options that would truly assist with self care, and personal needs.  I am dedicated to providing my customers with products that nurture the soul and complete your bathing experience.  Enjoy and God bless!

We try to source as many local ingredients as possible. Our tallow and lard come from a local processing company in Haywood County, our lavender is grown on our land, and we are always looking for local sources of ingredients to add to our products.

Made without the harmful chemicals and additives that you will find in most store bought brands. This contains arrowroot powder, cocoa butter, olive oil, coconut oil, candelilla wax, and fragrance. This is possibley my FAVVORITE product!
